My ability to build rapport and have positive relationship networks provided the opportunity to work at 321Forms. My previous experience has showed me how to build stronger relationships with clients and allows me to establish a concrete connection. My familiarity with various computer programs and technical skills allow me to succeed in my daily work as a form builder and supports my responsibility to our clients.
One of the best parts of working at 321Forms is the opportunity to work under Adrienne Akers and the tools and resources she provides to ensure that I succeed at my job. I also enjoy the flexibility and autonomy of this position and that I am given the freedom to do my job well. My current objective is to learn more about each aspect of 321Forms to help me be more effective and successful in my position. Working for 321Forms is a vehicle for me to continually learn and grow which are things that I love to do.

  1. What are the top three things you like best about the company and/or your position?
    a) I love working for Adie. She is a phenomenal boss; always willing and able to help with whatever I need.
    b) I like the people I work with. We get along really well. ETHICS/RELATIONSHIP
    c) I like the flexibility of my job. It’s nice to be able to be at home when I need to, and still be able to get my work done.
  2. How do you apply your previous experience(s) to your job today? (This can be work or another type of experience)
    I have had previous experience with customer service, which helps when I interact with clients directly. I have previous experience with various computer programs, which helps me with my daily work as a formbuilder. HAVE HER EXPOUND ON COMPUTER PROGRAMS; adapt and learn and she enjoys learning; understands naturally; computer language;
  3. What previous employment experience(s) led you to work at 321Forms?
    I actually worked with a co-worker’s (Natalie) husband at a previous job, which, in a roundabout way, led me to this position. As I mentioned in a previous question, I have experience working with a number of computer programs. I think it’s been a great fit!
  4. What do you hope to gain from working with 321Forms (besides a paycheck)
    I hope to be able to learn more about how each aspect of this company works, so that I can be more effective in my position. I also hope to learn more about the details of my own position so that I can be a more successful employee.
