You can find 321Forms nestled in the county of Cache Valley, which is about 90 miles north of our state capitol, Salt Lake City. To get here starting from the closest major Interstate Highway, I-15, take exit 362 for 1100 S / Brigham City which puts you right onto US-91. Stay on US-91 North for around 25 miles, or about half an hour. You’ll get to drive through Sardine Canyon, which is actually just a nickname the locals gave Box Elder Canyon because of its ability to turn drivers into sardines when they try speeding through the canyon instead of enjoying the beautiful drive. See if you can pronounce the name of the canyon’s small town, Mantua, which makes over half its income from these pedal-pushers when they’re not faster than the speeding ticket. Soon after passing the great Wellsville Mountains, you’ll come upon Logan’s Main Street. Keep going just a little bit further. In less than 3 miles, you’ll reach Cache Valley Boulevard (1250 North). Make a left, or go West toward where the sun sets and we’ll be the second left directly behind the famous Logan Lanes bowling alley. Park in the shade if you think you’ll stay a while, and find us on the main level in Suite 5A. That’s it! Just tell the doorman the secret password, and you’re in!
